What we Offer
We offer screen printed t-shirts as well as heat applied decorations on a wide variety of hats. For hats, this decoration could be embroidered or woven patches, leather patches, or PVC rubber patches. These patches would all be made in advance and heat applied in person.
Our mobile screen print setup for t-shirt printing allows us to offer up to 4 unique 1 color screen printed designs. This means your guests can choose the print they are most excited about and watch as their custom t-shirt is printed on demand in real time. In the weeks before the event, our team will work with you to finalize the designs and color schemes to be sure all of the details are fully dialed in for the big day of the event!
On-Site Requirements
- For live events we require (2) 110 AMP outlets that are preferably on different breakers. We are able to fit our equipment in a space that is roughly 8”x 8.” A 10”x 6” space would also work if needed.
- Printing works best in controlled environments. Wind and precipitation create problems that can limit our production. For any outdoor events it is always best to have an indoor backup plan in case the weather forecast looks a little dicey.
- Access to the event space at least 1 hour in advance of the events start time and 1 hour after the completion are also required to set-up and tear down our equipment.
Basic Pricing Info
- 3 hour events - $800
- 4 hour events - $1,000
- 6 hour events - $1,400
- 8 hour events - $1,800

Under good weather conditions we can produce 30 to 50 shirts an hour. For hat pressing, we are able to produce 15-20 caps an hour.
On the low end, shirts could cost as little as $6.00 per unit. On the high end these could cost over $12.00 per.
The range for hats would be much wider with the lowest options being $14 per cap. On the high end these could cost as much as $25 per cap. PVC patches would have the highest decoration cost and would have a minimum of 100 units.
